The room was absolutely perfect and tidy with balconies, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

The room itself was bright, perfect with balconies and had essentials I needed. The location was great and quiet - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

The hotel's location was favourable, very close to big mall and many coffee shops, El Fanar beach with coral reef, and a nearby shopping place. The staff was very polite when needed...

the room was absolutely perfect and tidy with extra large bed, ancient bathroom, could leave my car on-site. having a shower, hairdryers and a bidet was a bonus.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of options for dining outside of the hotel. We enjoyed delicious meals at Onions, Grill House, and the Reef beach restaurant. The staff in the restaurant, especially Mr Sayed Abd-elmabood and Mr Mohammed, were attentive and provided excellent service. In the reception, the staff was friendly and helpful. The main bar had a great variety of beverages to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a good selection of food. The hotel also had nice facilities, such as pools and a garden area.

The massage center did not meet our expectations as the staff did not seem professional and knowledgeable in their techniques.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the location is perfect with a private beach that offers great snorkeling. The staff were very polite, helpful, and cooperative, with attention to detail, and always make you feel at home. The breakfast was simply amazing, and it was good to have some extras charge amenities like rooms with balconies, and the basic amenities were just perfect. To top it off, the prices are very reasonable for what they offer and being close to the old market and a nearby shopping place is a plus.
